Job Title: PPC (Production Planning coordinator)

Location: Plot No 1, Hawa Sadak Rd, Hawa Sadak, Geejgarh Vihar Colony, Bais Godam, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302006

Experience: 3+ Years as Minimum

Reports To: Head of the department

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines in the jewelry manufacturing process.

· Coordinate with departments such as design, production, procurement, and logistics to ensure the timely availability of materials and resources.

· Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, material shortages, or changes in demand.

· Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and output.

· Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and prepare regular reports for management.

· Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of gemstones, metals, and other materials, resolving any supply chain issues promptly.

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the production process.





· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production planning processes and increase productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

· Previous experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role, preferably within the jewelry industry.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

· Proficiency in production planning software and tools specific to the jewelry manufacturing industry.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various departments and suppliers.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

· Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing production issues.

Preferred:

- Experience handling Polki, Diamond, Gold, or Luxury Jewellery orders.
- Understanding of costing components in jewellery manufacturing.

Pay: ₹12,705.25 - ₹27,972.69 per month
