Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PPC Marketing role based in Indore. The PPC Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and other relevant networks. Daily responsibilities include keyword research, audience targeting, creating and testing ad copy and creatives, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting bids and budgets to achieve defined goals.

The role also involves collaborating with marketing and content teams to align campaigns with overall brand messaging, preparing performance reports, and identifying new opportunities to increase qualified traffic and conversions.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and audiences.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to plan and refine high-performing PPC campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to understand conversion funnels, lead quality, and revenue-focused outcomes.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), including keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, use analytics tools, and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site collaborative environment.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in performance marketing or digital advertising is preferred but not strictly required.
