Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and schedule production based on order confirmations, ensuring timely delivery as per buyer/export timelines
- Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments to maintain smooth production flow
- Monitor daily/weekly production targets vs. actual output and take corrective action for delays
- Prepare and maintain production plans, capacity utilization reports, and order status trackers
- Liaise with sourcing/procurement teams to ensure timely availability of fabric, trims, and accessories
- Identify bottlenecks in the production pipeline and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with quality control to ensure production meets required standards
- Manage a team of PPC executives/coordinators and allocate responsibilities effectively
- Prepare MIS reports and presentations for management review




- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, delivery schedules, and internal SOPs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10–12 years of experience in Production Planning & Control, preferably in textile/garment export manufacturing
- Robust understanding of the textile/Home Furnishing production cycle (sampling to shipment)
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Stitch Software, ERP/production planning software preferred
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines/orders simultaneously

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
