Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop power electronics systems, including DC-DC converters, inverters, motor drives, and battery chargers.

- Conduct DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis) studies to identify potential failure modes in electronic components and systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power electronics solutions into larger projects.

- Develop test plans and procedures for verifying the performance of designed power electronics systems.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in designing power electronics systems using IGBTs, MOSFETs, or other semiconductors.

- Solid understanding of converter topologies such as buck, boost, flyback, etc. .

- Experience with motor drive designs using brushless motors or brushless DC motors.

- Knowledge of military standardization (Mil-Std) requirements for power distribution systems.
