Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Automate & Power Platform Expert to design, develop, implement, and govern enterprise-scale automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, RPA, Power Platform administration, governance, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.
- Implement attended and unattended RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
- Administer Power Platform environments, including DLP policies, security roles, licensing, and governance controls.
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, SQL Server, and APIs.
- Manage on-premises gateways, environment capacity, monitoring, deployment, and release management activities.
- Establish automation standards, reusable frameworks, and governance practices aligned with enterprise requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize processes.
- Mentor team members and promote automation engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6-8 years of overall IT experience,



including at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform.

- Strong expertise in

- Power Automate

- Power Apps

- Dataverse
- Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Hands-on experience with:

- Power Automate Desktop (PAD)

- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

- Workflow Automation

- REST APIs and JSON

- SharePoint Online

- Azure Services
- Experience in Power Platform Administration, including:

- Environment Management

- DLP Policies

- Security Roles
- Licensing & Capacity Management
- Governance & Compliance
- Strong experience in attended and unattended automation development.
- Knowledge of gateways, monitoring, release management, and platform support activities.
- Enterprise integration experience across Microsoft 365, Teams, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and API-enabled systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power Platform Certifications.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD implementation.
- Exposure to AI Builder and Copilot Studio.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
