Key Responsibilities

- Conduct POSH awareness and sensitisation sessions for employees across multiple client organisations.
- Educate employees on POSH Act, 2013, workplace sexual harassment, and preventive measures.
- Explain workplace behaviour, skilled boundaries, employee rights, and responsibilities.
- Create awareness regarding reporting mechanisms and the role of the Internal Committee (IC).
- Deliver interactive training sessions using practical workplace examples and scenarios.
- Conduct employee orientation and refresher training sessions as required by clients.
