About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Executive to join our Operations team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry and possess strong operational coordination skills. The role involves fleet management, driver onboarding and training, operational monitoring, and maintaining accurate records through Excel-based reporting. Key

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day fleet operations and ensure smooth vehicle deployment.
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring timely completion of required documentation, coordination, and operational setup.
- Handle vendor onboarding and coordination, including documentation, verification, and ensuring compliance with company processes.
- Coordinate IOT device installation and activation across vehicles, ensuring timely deployment, proper functioning, and resolution of installation-related issues.
- Coordinate with drivers and monitor trip execution to ensure timely service delivery
- Conduct driver onboarding and provide training on company processes and driver applications
- Ensure drivers are well-versed with app usage, compliance requirements, and operational SOPs.




- Maintain regular communication with drivers for issue resolution and operational support
- Monitor fleet performance, driver productivity, and operational efficiency,
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, and tracker sheets using Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams to address fleet-related concerns and escalations
- Support fleet expansion, driver and operational improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management, or Operations.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory (spoken).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data management and reporting.
- Experience in driver onboarding, training, and driver app support.
- Positive understanding of logistics operations and fleet management processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with last-mile delivery, transportation, or mobility operations.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle driver escalations and operational challenges effectively.
- Management tools are an added advantage.
