Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Portfolio Manager role based in Bengaluru South.

The Portfolio

Manager will oversee client investment portfolios, monitoring performance, assessing risk, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and market conditions.

Responsibilities include conducting market and financial analysis, recommending asset allocation and investment strategies, and executing trades in accordance with internal policies and risk frameworks. The role also involves preparing regular portfolio reports, presenting insights to clients and internal stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings.

Manager will be expected to stay current with regulatory changes, macroeconomic trends, and developments in real estate and financial markets to inform portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills for data interpretation, performance measurement, and risk assessment.
- Candidates should possess solid finance knowledge, including financial instruments, valuation concepts, and capital markets.
- Candidates should possess portfolio management skills, including asset allocation, diversification, and portfolio rebalancing.
- Candidates should possess investments expertise, covering investment research, product evaluation, and strategy implementation.
- Candidates should possess trading skills, including order execution, monitoring positions, and adherence to risk and compliance guidelines.
- Relevant experience in portfolio management, wealth management, or investment advisory, preferably within real estate or proptech sectors.
- Strong quantitative and Excel skills; familiarity with financial modeling and portfolio analytics tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and uphold high ethical and compliance standards.
