Polyolefin Manager – Sales Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Polymer Technology, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience:

4 years and above years of relevant experience in

Polyolefin/Polymer sales , preferably in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of Polyolefin products and achieve business targets. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify new customers and business opportunities. Handle pricing, negotiations, and order closures. Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely delivery. Develop current markets and expand the customer base.

Skills Required: Strong experience in

Polyolefin/Polymer sales . Good understanding of the polymer and plastics industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Customer-focused with good business development capabilities. Willingness to travel as required.
