About the Role

ReadyCoder Ventures Private Limited is looking for a creative, proactive, and dedicated Videographer & Video Editor to work closely with a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) in Ghaziabad.

The selected candidate will be responsible for being present during the MLA's meetings, public engagements, constituency visits, events, and other activities to capture high-quality photographs and videos, edit the content, and prepare it for social media publication.

Key Responsibilities

- Remain with the MLA during public events, meetings, constituency visits, programmes, and official engagements.
- Capture high-quality photos, videos, reels, interviews, and event coverage.
- Record both planned and spontaneous moments suitable for social media.
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging short-form videos with appropriate cuts, transitions, captions, subtitles, music and graphics.
- Select and edit photographs for social media and other digital communication.
- Coordinate with the social media/content team regarding daily content requirements.
- Ensure timely editing and delivery, including same-day or quick-turnaround content whenever required.
- Assist in maintaining an organised library of photographs and video footage.
- Follow current social media trends and suggest creative content formats.
- Ensure that the visual content maintains a professional, consistent and appropriate public image.
- Be flexible with working hours depending on the MLA's schedule and events.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of videography and photography.
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar software.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels,



YouTube Shorts and Facebook video formats.
- Ability to shoot stable, well-composed and visually engaging footage.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition and audio recording.
- Ability to create engaging short-form videos with fast turnaround.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage content requirements on the spot.
- Solid sense of timing, creativity and visual storytelling.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in videography, video editing, social media content creation, journalism, digital media or a related field.
- Candidates with experience covering public figures, politicians, events, news, corporate events or social media campaigns will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable travelling locally within Ghaziabad and nearby areas as required.
- Must be comfortable working closely with the MLA and accompanying them during scheduled engagements.
- A portfolio/showreel of previous work is mandatory/preferred.
- Candidates must be available for immediate joining.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is not just a camera operator but can take responsibility for the complete visual content workflow — Shoot → Edit → Prepare → Deliver.

The ideal candidate should be creative, responsible, punctual, quick with editing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where schedules may change depending on events and public engagements.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and portfolio.
