Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend and frontend application development. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with .NET Core, modern frontend frameworks (Angular or ReactJS), and at least one backend programming language (Python or Java).

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications, cloud-integrated solutions, RESTful APIs, and responsive web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high performance solutions while leveraging up-to-date cloud services, API integrations, asynchronous programming, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Experience: 2 Years to 4 Years

Role & Responsibilities:

Backend Development:

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core (.NET 6/8+)
- Mandatory experience in at least one of the following:




- Python (FastAPI preferred), OR
- Java (Spring Boot preferred)
- Experience in designing and developing scalable RESTful APIs
- Experience with Microservices Architecture
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and concurrent application development
- Experience with WebSockets and/or SignalR for real-time communication

Frontend Development:

- Mandatory experience in at least one of the following:
- Angular, OR ReactJS
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience building responsive and user-friendly web applications

Security & API Development:

- Strong understanding of Authentication & Authorization frameworks including:
- JWT
- OAuth 2.0
- RBAC
- ABAC
- Experience implementing secure API development and access control best practices
- Experience integrating and managing third-party APIs

Cloud & DevOps:

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including:
- Azure Functions
- Azure Durable Functions
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure API Management
- Application Insights
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development





Database Technologies:

- Strong database experience with:
- SQL Server
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- Exposure to NoSQL databases such as:
- MongoDB
- Azure Cosmos DB
- Monitoring & Performance
- Experience with logging, monitoring, auditing, and application performance optimization
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- AI & Modern Technologies
- Exposure to AI/LLM integrations, including:
- Azure OpenAI
- OpenAI APIs
- GPT-based solutions
- Similar Generative AI technologies
- Experience with document generation, processing, and conversion workflows (PDF, DOCX)
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging systems

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile teams
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities

Good-to-Have:

- Experience with enterprise-scale distributed systems
- Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
- Experience designing scalable and secure cloud-native solutions
- Knowledge of AI-powered application development and intelligent automation
- Experience with Azure Cognitive Services, AI Agents, or Agentic AI frameworks
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
