nJob Summary

nWe are looking for a PMS Operations Executive with experience in Portfolio Management Services (PMS) / Capital Markets operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day PMS operational activities, client transactions, reconciliations, documentation and coordination with internal teams, brokers, custodians and other stakeholders.

nKey Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day PMS operations and ensure smooth processing of client transactions.
n
- Process client onboarding, account opening and documentation as per regulatory and internal requirements.
n
- Handle PMS subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and additional investments.
n
- Process and verify equity transactions, trade settlements and corporate actions.
n
- Coordinate with brokers, custodians, banks and internal teams for transaction and settlement-related activities.
n
- Perform bank, demat and portfolio reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
n
- Maintain and update client records, portfolio data and transaction reports.
n
- Prepare client statements, transaction reports, portfolio reports and MIS.
n
- Ensure proper maintenance of PMS agreements, KYC and investor documentation.
n
- Support NAV/portfolio valuation and transaction-related activities.
n
- Handle dividend, bonus, split, rights issue and other corporate action processing.
n




- Ensure all operational activities are completed within defined TATs and compliance requirements.
n
- Coordinate with the Compliance, Finance, Investment and Client Servicing teams.
n
- Assist during internal, concurrent and statutory audits by providing required documents and operational data.
n
- Ensure adherence to SEBI PMS regulations and applicable operational guidelines.
n

nRequired Skills

n

n
- Strong knowledge of PMS Operations and Capital Markets.
n
- Good understanding of equity market transactions and settlement processes.
n
- Knowledge of Demat, NSDL/CDSL, custodial and banking operations.
n
- Understanding of KYC, client onboarding and PMS documentation.
n
- Knowledge of corporate actions and reconciliations.
n
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transaction-sensitive work.
n
- Good communication and coordination skills.
n

nEligibility

n

n
- Graduate in B.Com / BAF / BMS / Finance or related discipline.
n
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in PMS Operations, Wealth Management Operations, Capital Market Operations or related financial services.
n
- Candidates from PMS / Wealth Management / Stock Broking / Capital Market backgrounds preferred.
n
- PMS operations experience is strongly preferred.
