Highly motivated and detail-oriented ERP Operations & Support Specialist to manage the daily operations, support, and continuous improvement of our PAL ERP system, with a focus on maritime. This role involves managing PMS-related projects across the fleet, ensuring consistency and efficiency, and working closely with internal teams and ERP vendors to ensure smooth system performance. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably PAL), a solid understanding of planned maintenance in maritime operations, and solid interpersonal skills to lead user training, documentation, and system implementation projects. A service-driven mindset, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills are key to success in this position.

nResponsibilities & Duties
nOversee the daily operations, support, and maintenance of PAL ERP modules including:

- Planned Maintenance System (PMS)
n
- QHSE
n
- Voyage
n
- Drydock
n
- Data Library
n
n
n
n
- Conduct quality assurance and resolve implementation challenges related to PMS; ensure uniform structure and efficient database management across the fleet.
n
- Oversee the implementation of PMS database of new vessels.
n
- Deliver training for seafarers and office personnel to ensure effective system usage.
n
- Liaise with ERP software vendor to align product enhancements with company needs.
n
- Perform QA testing of new functionalities and oversee smooth rollouts.
n
- Participate in QA for internally developed BI tools and support data analysis initiatives.
n
- Create and maintain user manuals and documentation for ERP modules.
n
- Generate reports as required for senior management.
n
- Utilize issue tracking tools like Jira and Service Desk to resolve technical problems efficiently.

nQualifications

- Experience with ERP systems, preferably PAL.
n
- Sailing experience will be an additional advantage.

- Strong understanding of PMS and marine operations.

- Experience with training, documentation, and user support.
