PMO AI Solutions & Enablement Lead

Role Summary

Lead the PMO's AI and automation journey by identifying high-value use cases, building AI-powered solutions, establishing governance, and enabling long-term capability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Define PMO AI strategy, operating model, governance, and roadmap.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI and automation use cases.
- Design and build AI-enabled prototypes and workflow solutions.
- Integrate AI with PMO tools, data sources, and knowledge repositories.
- Establish AI testing, adoption, and benefits measurement frameworks.
- Train Project Managers and PMO teams on AI tools and best practices.
- Develop reusable templates, playbooks, and solution patterns.
- Build sustainable PMO AI capability and AI Champion network.

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
- Experience building AI solutions, automations, and workflow integrations.
- Strong understanding of APIs,



data management, and enterprise platforms.
- Business analysis, process transformation, and stakeholder management expertise.
- Ability to take AI initiatives from concept through pilot and implementation.

Preferred
- PMO, Project/Program Management, or Transformation experience.
- AI Product Owner/Product Management background.
- Microsoft AI ecosystem and automation platforms.
- Experience in regulated or enterprise environments.

Success Measures
- 2-3 AI solutions successfully implemented with measurable business impact.
- AI governance, roadmap, and operating model established.
- Sustainable PMO AI capability developed within the organization.
- Explicit ownership, support model, and future AI roadmap in place.
