Position: PLC Trainer

Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver classroom and practical training on PLC programming and Industrial Automation.
- Train students on PLC concepts, Ladder Logic, wiring, troubleshooting, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- Provide hands-on training using PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, and Omron.
- Teach HMI, SCADA, VFDs, and basic industrial communication protocols.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, exercises, and practical lab sessions.
- Guide students through real-time automation projects and industry-oriented applications.
- Conduct technical assessments, mock interviews, and placement preparation sessions.
- Monitor student progress and provide technical guidance and support throughout the training.
- Maintain a practical, interactive,



and industry-focused learning environment.

Required skills:
- Positive to advanced knowledge of PLC programming and Industrial Automation.
- Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, sensors, and control panels.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students.
- Practical knowledge of industrial automation projects will be an advantage.

Eligibility: Diploma/ B.E /B. Tech in Electrical, electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, EEE, ECE or related engineering discipline.
