- Develop and modify PLC programs for SPM and automation machines.
- PLC programming, troubleshooting and machine commissioning.
- Develop and modify HMI programs.
- Basic knowledge of SCADA and industrial automation.
- Read and understand electrical control drawings.
- Troubleshoot PLC, sensors, motors, VFDs and control panels.
- Perform machine testing and commissioning at customer sites.
- Coordinate with Design, Electrical and Assembly teams.
- Provide maintenance and technical support during machine trials.
Required Skills
- PLC programming experience – 1–5 years
- Knowledge of Siemens / Mitsubishi / Delta / Allen-Bradley PLC is preferred.
- HMI programming.
- VFD and servo basics.
- Electrical drawing reading.
- Sensors, relays, contactors and control components.
- Valuable troubleshooting skills.
- SPM / Industrial Automation experience is an advantage.
