Job Summary

We are looking for a PLC Engineer to handle automation, PLC programming, troubleshooting, maintenance, and electrical control systems in our plywood manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of industrial automation and be capable of troubleshooting PLC-based machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of plant machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve PLC, electrical, and automation-related breakdowns.
- Monitor and maintain PLC panels, control panels, sensors, drives, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot VFDs, motors, sensors, relays, contactors, and control circuits.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of automation systems.
- Ensure smooth operation of PLC-controlled plywood manufacturing machinery.
- Modify and optimize PLC programs whenever required.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Assist in installation,



commissioning, and testing of recent machinery and automation systems.
- Follow electrical and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
- Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation.
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting will be preferred.
- Knowledge of VFDs, sensors, motors, control panels, and electrical circuits.
- Ability to read and understand electrical/control wiring diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates from plywood, wood manufacturing, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Experience Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may apply.

Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in PLC/automation maintenance will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.
