- Coordinate operations involving contingent workforce resources to align with project demands.

- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

- Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to regulatory standards and internal compliance policies.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.

- Manage vendor and supplier relationships,

Requirements

- Possess 7 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in IT Services or a related technology domain.

- Demonstrate expertise in invoice and payment management within a complex organizational structure.

- Show proven capability in sourcing SaaS, cloud, and infrastructure solutions.

- Exhibit strong skills in financial forecasting, savings tracking, and variance analysis.

- Be proficient in generating detailed reports and utilizing analytics tools for business insights.

- Have experience managing contingent workforce operations and related logistics.

- Display exceptional stakeholder management abilities with a focus on communication and negotiation.

- Maintain a solid understanding of audit procedures and compliance frameworks.
