Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Plastic Surgeon role based in Sarita Vihar.

The Plastic

Surgeon will perform a range of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, including pre-operative assessment, surgical planning, and post-operative follow-up. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, explaining treatment options and risks, performing surgeries in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinating care with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals. The role involves reviewing diagnostic reports, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to safety, ethical, and regulatory standards.





The Plastic

Surgeon will also contribute to patient education, participate in case discussions, and support continuous improvement of clinical practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust core surgical skills in Plastic Surgery and Surgery.
- Candidates should possess specialized skills in Cosmetic Surgery for aesthetic and body contouring procedures.
- Candidates should possess advanced technical skills in Microsurgery for complex reconstructive cases.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Medicine, including comprehensive patient assessment and perioperative care.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in MCh or DNB in Plastic Surgery, and valid medical registration.
- Demonstrated experience in both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety and informed consent.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, and willingness to follow clinic protocols.
