Neo Cable Industries is looking for an experienced Plant Supervisor to join our manufacturing plant in Pali, Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day plant & production operations
- Ensure production targets, quality & efficiency
- Supervise manpower and shift operations
- Monitor machinery and coordinate preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot operational issues & minimize downtime
- Train staff on processes, safety & SOPs
- Maintain production, maintenance & plant performance reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Experience in wire, cable,
electrical or similar manufacturing preferred
- Strong team leadership & supervisory skills
- Knowledge of plant operations and preventive maintenance
- Good problem-solving, communication & reporting skills
- Strong focus on Safety | Quality | Productivity
Location: Pali, Rajasthan Employment: Contract | In office
