- Manage daily chemical production, manpower & shifts.
- Achieve production targets with required quality and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with SOP, Safety, EHS & ISO standards.
- Monitor raw materials, process, finished products & production records.
- Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase & Dispatch.
- Reduce downtime, wastage & production cost.
- Train and guide production staff.
- Ensure protected handling and storage of chemicals.
- Improve productivity and production efficiency.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Chemical Engineering preferred. Skills: Leadership, Problem Solving, Team Management & Chemical Manufacturing Knowledge.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹30,299.37 per month
