About Us:

We are looking for a Plant Operator Trainee to support day-to-day production operations while receiving practical training in frozen food processing, machinery operation, quality, and food safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in operating and monitoring frozen food processing and production machinery under supervision.

- Learn and follow SOPs for processing, freezing, packing, and storage.

- Support raw material handling, preparation, processing, freezing, packaging, and dispatch.

- Monitor basic production parameters such as temperature, product quality, and output.

- Maintain production logbooks, checklists, and shift records.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, GMP, and housekeeping practices.

- Report machine abnormalities, breakdowns, or process issues to the supervisor.

- Assist in maintaining proper temperature and storage conditions in cold storage areas.





- Work in rotational shifts and support smooth plant operations.

Training & Growth

- Training Period: 3–6 months, based on performance and learning progress.

- Career Progression: Frozen Food Plant Operator / Production Associate.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
