Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage overall plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, cost objectives, and delivery schedules are achieved.

- Develop the skills and capabilities of operators, supervisors, and plant personnel through structured training, coaching, and performance monitoring.

- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure operators are adequately trained to follow them consistently.

- Develop and implement production plans to optimize plant capacity and resource utilization.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, maintenance, safety, and profitability.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.

- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime.

- Manage plant manpower, including supervisors, operators, maintenance teams, and contract labor.

Preferred candidate profile





- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- 815 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3–5 years in a plant leadership role.

- Experience in concrete products, paver blocks, precast concrete, construction materials, or similar manufacturing industries is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of production planning, maintenance management, quality systems, inventory control, and cost management.
