Plant HR Executive

Experience: 3+ years of relevant Plant/Site HR experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Plant HR Executive to independently handle day-to-day HR operations at our plant site. The candidate should have solid experience in employee handling, attendance, payroll-related coordination, statutory compliances, and site HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage site attendance, shift, overtime (OT), leave, and manpower records.
- Handle KPI tracking and increment-related issues at the site.
- Manage employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Handle gatepass processes and employee/site documentation.
- Coordinate and support PF, ESIC, HRC, and statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure timely completion of HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees, supervisors, site management,



and HO HR for smooth HR operations.
- Independently manage day-to-day Plant/Site HR activities.
- Support employee engagement and maintain a positive employee-management relationship.

Candidate Requirements:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Plant HR / Site HR.
- Experience in attendance, OT, KPI, gatepass, PF, ESIC, HRC, and statutory compliances.
- Strong experience in employee grievance and conflict resolution.
- Experience handling increment-related employee issues.
- Should be capable of independently handling HR operations at a plant/site.
- Good communication, coordination, and employee-handling skills.
- Candidates from Aluminium / Metals / Steel / Manufacturing / Industrial Plant backgrounds will be preferred.
