Objective of the Position To ensure effective Plant-level HR operations by managing manpower, attendance, employee relations, contractor coordination, workforce discipline,Blue Collar Hiring,welfare, and statutory compliance, thereby supporting smooth and efficient plant operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily manpower, absenteeism, attendance, OT, and workforce deployment across departments.
- Conduct regular plant rounds to ensure hygiene, housekeeping, safety, and a healthy work environment.
- Manage labor grievances, discipline, welfare activities, accidents, and employee exit processes.
- Coordinate worker/contract labor recruitment, contractor management, manpower approvals, and salary negotiations.
- Ensure plant-level HR operations, statutory compliance, documentation, vendor coordination, and employee engagement.




- Manage end-to-end blue-collar hiring by sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating wages, and ensuring timely onboarding as per plant manpower requirements.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Plant HR Operations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and Factory-related requirements.
- Hands-on experience in blue-collar workforce, contractor, attendance, and manpower management.
- Robust interpersonal, communication, grievance-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools; experience in DarwinBox will be an added advantage.
