Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Head (VMC/CNC) to lead and manage our precision machining plant in Bidadi, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Aerospace or Automobile manufacturing, with proven expertise in VMC, CNC operations, production planning, manpower handling, and shop floor management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage complete plant operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning.
- Lead the VMC/CNC machining operations ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality output.
- Prepare and execute daily/weekly/monthly production schedules to meet client requirements.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices, optimize productivity, and minimize downtime.
- Handle workforce management, including operators, programmers, and supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and audit standards as per aerospace/automobile norms.
- Monitor and improve machine utilization, cycle time, and tool life management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams – Design, Quality, and Maintenance – for smooth workflow.
- Ensure effective preventive maintenance schedules for CNC/VMC machines.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, TPM, etc.) on the shop floor.
- Report production metrics, challenges, and improvement plans to top management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Proven leadership experience in CNC/VMC plant operations.
- Strong technical understanding of machining, programming, and tool management.
- Excellent knowledge of Aerospace or Automobile component manufacturing standards.
- Hands-on experience in production planning, scheduling, and manpower control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle team and client interactions.
- Decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in a high-pressure environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 3+ years as a Plant Head/Production Head.
- Must have worked in Aerospace or Automobile component manufacturing industries.
- Candidates must be available for face-to-face interviews only.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
