Role Description The Plant Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations and ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production activities.

The Plant

Head will manage daily production planning, monitor output, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet quality standards, delivery schedules, and cost targets. This role includes supervising teams, implementing process improvements, enforcing compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and equipment maintenance.

and lead initiatives to optimize resource utilization and enhance productivity. Regular reporting to senior management, stakeholder communication, and leadership in problem-solving and continuous improvement will be integral parts of the role.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in plant operations and production management, with the ability to oversee daily manufacturing activities and coordinate across departments.

- Strong skills in production planning and budgeting, including capacity planning, cost control, and resource allocation.

- Hands-on experience with quality control processes, standards, and audits to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.

- Proven leadership and people management capabilities, including team supervision, performance management, and conflict resolution.

- Solid understanding of safety regulations, industrial best practices, and compliance requirements in a manufacturing workplace.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
