Role Description The Plant Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Pune Division, responsible for end-to-end management of plant operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining equipment and facility efficiency. The role involves developing and monitoring production plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

The Plant

Head will manage budgeting and cost control for the plant, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead, mentor, and evaluate plant staff to achieve operational targets and strategic goals.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Plant Operations and Production Management to oversee end-to-end manufacturing activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning to manage schedules, capacity, and resource allocation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to ensure compliance with product standards and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting to manage costs, optimize spending, and support financial planning for the plant.
- Relevant experience in leading manufacturing or industrial plants, preferably in a similar sector.
- Proven team leadership abilities, including people management, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
