Herbal Creations is expanding its manufacturing leadership team, and were looking for an experienced Plant Head who can take complete ownership of plant operations, drive production excellence, and build a strong culture of quality, efficiency, and accountability.

If youve spent 1218 years leading manufacturing operations especially within the herbal, Ayurvedic, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or related industry this opportunity is designed for you.

As the Plant Head, youll take end-to-end responsibility for plant operations, production planning, productivity, manpower, safety, cost control, and timely delivery. Your leadership will play a key role in strengthening our manufacturing capabilities and supporting the companys growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end plant and production operations
- Drive production planning and ensure timely achievement of production targets
- Manage manpower, machinery, materials, utilities, and overall plant capacity
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor productivity, yield, wastage, downtime, and overall plant efficiency
- Lead and mentor Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and plant operations teams
- Coordinate closely with QA, QC, R&D;,



Procurement, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources and effective production cost control
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and productivity enhancement
- Ensure preventive maintenance and maximum availability of production equipment
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of observations
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and operational documentation
- Ensure high standards of workplace safety, housekeeping, discipline, and compliance
- Support capacity expansion, new product introduction, and process improvement initiatives

Robust leadership, people-management, and decision-making skills Hands-on experience in handling plant-level challenges and operational issues Candidates with experience in herbal products / phyto-extract manufacturing will be strongly preferred Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
