We are looking for a Plant Finance Controller (US GAAP, IFRS) for a Reputed US MNC at Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Financial Controllership covering accounting, reporting, treasury, AP and compliance.
- Manage US GAAP, IFRS & Statutory Reporting along with internal and external audits.
- Drive Manufacturing Finance including standard costing, working capital and financial controls.
- Manage SOX Compliance, Taxation & Regulatory Requirements.
- Support ERP & Finance Transformation initiatives including Oracle/SAP and process automation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- CA Qualified with 10+ Years of Post-Qualification Experience.
- Solid experience in Finance Controllership within MNC / Manufacturing environments.
- Expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, Statutory Audit, Direct Tax & SOX Controls.
- Exposure to Oracle/SAP/Hyperion; Oracle Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and experience handling cross-functional finance teams.
