Job Summary

JBBR Group is looking for an experienced Senior Billing Engineer with strong expertise in Construction Billing, Quantity Surveying, and ERP (Farvision) for residential, commercial, and high-rise construction projects. The role is responsible for managing client and contractor billing, BOQ verification, quantity reconciliation, payment certification, and ERP-based billing processes to ensure accurate project cost control and timely bill processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, verify, and process Client RA Bills, Contractor RA Bills, Vendor Bills, and Final Bills through ERP.
- Perform quantity take-offs and measurement verification as per approved drawings and BOQ.
- Prepare and update BOQs, work orders, variation orders, and extra item bills.
- Generate billing entries, measurement sheets, and payment certifications in Farvision ERP.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Planning, Procurement, and Finance teams for billing approvals and payment processing.
- Maintain project-wise billing records, running account bills, debit/credit notes, and billing MIS.
- Monitor executed quantities, material reconciliation, and work progress against BOQ.
- Prepare rate analysis, cost reconciliation, and quantity comparison reports.
- Ensure all billing documentation complies with contract terms and project specifications.
- Support month-end billing closure, project cost tracking, and ERP data accuracy.

ERP (Farvision) Responsibilities

- Manage project billing modules in Farvision ERP.




- Create and update BOQ items, work packages, and billing milestones.
- Process contractor and client bills through ERP workflows.
- Maintain measurement books (MB), quantity records, and payment certifications in ERP.
- Generate billing reports, outstanding payment reports, reconciliation reports, and project MIS from ERP.
- Coordinate with ERP users to ensure accurate project master data and billing transactions.
- Resolve ERP billing discrepancies in coordination with Finance and IT/ERP teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience Required

- 5–8 years of experience in construction billing, quantity surveying, and ERP billing.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Farvision ERP or any Construction ERP is preferred.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise construction projects is mandatory.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of RA Billing, BOQ, Quantity Surveying, Rate Analysis, and Final Billing.
- Hands-on experience in Farvision ERP Billing Module.
- Good understanding of contract billing, reconciliation, and project cost control.
- Ability to read civil and structural drawings for quantity verification.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of project billing MIS, measurement books, and billing documentation.

- Experience working with real estate developers or construction companies.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple project billing activities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in ERP entries and billing records.
