– PLANNING & FORECASTING EXECUTIVE

- Develop SKU-wise and category-wise demand forecasts.

- Analyze historical sales, market trends, seasonality, and product movement.

- Analyze demand by region, channel, depot, category, and SKU.

- Collect and consolidate demand inputs from Sales teams.

- Review forecast versus actual sales and identify deviations.

- Improve forecast accuracy through continuous analysis.

- Convert demand forecasts into supply and production requirements.

- Prepare supply plans based on demand, inventory, lead time, and vendor capacity.

- Coordinate with manufacturing units and vendors to ensure timely product availability.

- Monitor production and supply plan versus actual availability.

- Identify supply gaps and potential stock-out situations.

- Monitor inventory levels, stock cover, excess stock, and ageing inventory.

- Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and dead stock and support liquidation plans.

- Allocate available inventory across depots / warehouses based on demand and sales priorities.

- Coordinate inter-depot / warehouse stock transfers wherever required.

- Monitor allocation versus actual sales and revise allocation based on market movement.

- Support current product launch planning and initial stock allocation.

- Plan supply and inventory for existing product replenishment.





- Coordinate with Sales, Product Development, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams.

- Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) activities.

- Identify demand-supply risks and escalate critical gaps.

- Prepare demand, supply, inventory, and allocation MIS for management.

- Maintain accurate SKU, inventory, demand, and planning master data.

- Develop dashboards and analytical reports for planning and allocation.

Candidate Profile

- 1–5 years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Planning / Inventory Planning / Supply Chain.

- Experience in footwear, FMCG, apparel, retail, or manufacturing preferred.

- Graduate in any relevant discipline.

- MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management preferred.

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.

- Experience in ERP / MRP systems.

- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory planning, supply planning, and stock allocation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
