Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and monitor projects from initiation to completion using Primavera P6.

- Develop detailed project schedules considering resource availability, dependencies, and critical path analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Conduct regular progress tracking meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

- Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 9-14 years of experience in Planning Engineering or related field (B.Tech degree required).

- Robust understanding of MS Projects (Primavera P6) software applications.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
