Responsibilities
- Support the development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and baseline schedules under the guidance of senior planning engineers.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, purchase logs, and trackers with attention to detail.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors as directed by the reporting manager.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion within set deadlines.
- Communicate progress, issues, and observations clearly to the planning and site teams.
Qualifications
- A postgraduate degree/diploma in Construction Project Management (freshers welcome).
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project is a plus; internship or academic project exposure to planning and scheduling is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office for reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to learn and work under guidance, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over assigned work.
- Ability to act responsibly and complete assigned work within deadlines.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and a disciplined, methodical approach to work.
