Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Teams, Recruiters, and Companies.
- Identify companies with current hiring requirements suitable for Vinsup students.
- Generate new placement opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, references, and corporate visits.
- Approach companies and introduce Vinsup Skill Academy's student talent pool.
- Develop long-term corporate relationships for regular hiring.
- Coordinate with companies for job openings, interview schedules, assessments, and selection processes.
- Organize and coordinate campus placement drives, walk-in interviews, virtual interviews, and recruitment drives.
- Understand company requirements and coordinate with the internal training team to provide suitable candidates.
- Maintain an updated database of companies, HR contacts, job openings, interviews, selections, and joining status.
- Follow up with recruiters regarding interview results, offer letters, and joining dates.
- Coordinate with students regarding job opportunities, eligibility, interview schedules, and selection processes.
- Track student placement status and prepare regular placement reports for management.
- Develop opportunities across domains such as Data Analytics, Data Science, AI, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, Full Stack Development, Cloud,



Cyber Security, and other IT roles.
- Explore opportunities for internships, fresher hiring, experienced hiring, and industry collaborations.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly placement targets.
- Candidate Profile

Experience:

- 2–5 years in Placement, Corporate Relations, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, or similar roles.Key Performance Indicators
- Number of new companies onboarded
- Number of active recruiter relationships
- Number of job openings generated
- Number of interviews arranged
- Number of students placed
- Placement conversion rate
- Repeat hiring from existing companies
- Experience in IT recruitment / EdTech / training institute / college placement will be preferred.
- Strong existing network with HRs, recruiters, and companies will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the IT job market and current hiring requirements.
- Ability to independently approach companies and generate placement opportunities.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
