Job Summary

We are looking for a Part-Time Placement Officer to coordinate part-time job opportunities for our students across TVM, Kochi, and Calicut. The role involves identifying suitable opportunities, coordinating with employers and students, and following up until joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify suitable part-time job opportunities for students in TVM, Kochi, and Calicut.
- Coordinate with hotels, restaurants, cafés, resorts, travel companies, and other employers.
- Collect job requirements and share suitable opportunities with students.
- Match students with suitable part-time jobs based on their course, skills, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between students and employers.
- Follow up with employers regarding interview results and selection.
- Follow up with selected students regarding their joining status.
- Maintain records of students referred, interviewed, selected, and joined.




- Maintain an updated database of employers and available opportunities.
- Prepare regular placement/part-time job reports.
- Coordinate with the internal Student Support, Operations, and HR teams regarding student opportunities.
- Handle placement coordination across all three branches as required.

Requirements
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Solid follow-up ability.
- Good networking skills with local employers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in placement, recruitment, hospitality, or student coordination will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently coordinate with employers and students.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
