Placement Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Placement Officer to build relationships with companies, identify employment opportunities, and coordinate the placement process for students. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, networking, coordination, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with new companies to generate placement opportunities for students.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and recruiter networks.
- Coordinate with HR teams to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Conduct student orientation, placement preparation, career guidance, and grooming sessions.
- Organize industry talks, alumni interactions, motivation sessions, and other student engagement activities.
- Guide students in identifying suitable career opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, recruitment drives,



and communication between students and recruiters.
- Follow up with companies and candidates throughout the selection process.
- Maintain company and student databases and placement-related documentation.
- Prepare monthly placement reports and track placement activities.
- Conduct occasional corporate visits and training sessions as required.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Good English and Malayalam communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Good presentation and public-speaking abilities.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with students, HR professionals, and corporate representatives.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
