Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Placement Officer – IT Placements to join our Placement Team. The candidate will be responsible for developing corporate relationships, engaging with IT recruiters, driving campus placement opportunities, and managing the complete placement cycle for IT and Technology roles.

Candidates with relevant IT Recruitment / IT Campus Placement experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with IT companies, recruiters, and corporate partners.
- Drive campus placement opportunities for IT and Technology-related roles.
- Manage the complete placement cycle from employer engagement to student joining.
- Coordinate with companies for Job Descriptions, eligibility criteria,



assessments, interviews, and offer processes.
- Identify and develop new corporate relationships to expand the IT recruiter network.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives with companies and internal academic teams.
- Follow up with recruiters regarding interview results, selections, offers, and joining status.
- Maintain accurate placement records, reports, and recruitment trackers.
- Track placement performance, student selections, offers, and joining status.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
