- PGP (Advanced Construction Management)

Project Management: Micro & Macro project scheduling & monitoring of over 34 lakhs of construction area, Earned Value management, Project Schedule- Planned Vs Actual of High-rise residential Buildings, Commercial Buildings.

Responsible for preparing & tracking (integrated) Master Programme and coordinating with Cross-Functional Departments to accomplish project target/ milestones.

Key Result Areas:

- Project Micro Schedule planning, Earned Value Management, MIS Reports, Preparing, analyses and maintain a periodical check on (Planned Vs Actual for Project Schedule and Milestone Progress, Managing Director & Director Project’s review presentation, Meeting with all stake holders, Scheduling & controls.
- Planned, initiated, executed and monitored projects along time and quality which included technical (engineering) and techno- commercial coordination with all stakeholders
- Work in coordination with management, project manager,



explored alternatives in order to meet project milestones in the most effective manner from a program and financial viewpoint.
- Coordinated with various departments to meet site requirements.
- Co-coordinating with architects / consultants / contractors, ascertained technical specifications, construction related essentials. Preparation & Tracking of Master Construction Program

Experience and Knowledge:

- Different Kinds of Formwork like (Aluform, Conventional, M.S.Panel)
- Executing Post Tension Slab, Structural Piles, Shore piles, Micro-piles, Raft footing, Rock anchoring, Finishing Works, MEP Works etc

Software Skills:

- Primavera
- Experience of drafting & analysis of drawings on AutoCAD
- Performed functions of Project Management and Risk Analysis incorporating the use operating systems and software like Primavera, Candy, M.S. Excel (@Risk), MS Projects and so on
