Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Placement Manager – Corporate Relations to develop corporate partnerships, generate placement opportunities,



and strengthen industry engagement for our Data Science programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with corporate organisations and hiring partners.
- Identify and establish new corporate tie-ups for placement and recruitment.
- Build a strong network of HR professionals, recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and hiring managers.
- Drive placement opportunities for candidates from Data Science and technology programs.
- Understand current industry hiring requirements and align them with candidate profiles.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, employer interactions, and placement activities.
- Manage the complete employer engagement and placement lifecycle.
- Develop long-term corporate partnerships and repeat hiring relationships.
- Maintain employer databases, placement MIS, reports, and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with academic, training, and career-services teams to improve candidate employability.
- Support candidates with interview preparation, employer expectations, and industry readiness.
