Role Description The Placement Executive role at Skillmount is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirur.

The Placement

Executive will coordinate and manage job placement activities, including identifying suitable opportunities, liaising with employers, and aligning candidate profiles with industry requirements. This role involves guiding learners through the placement process, preparing them for interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners and recruitment agencies.

Executive will also track placement outcomes, gather feedback from stakeholders, and collaborate with training teams to ensure programs meet current market needs. Regular reporting,



database maintenance, and active participation in placement drives and networking events are key parts of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in job placements and placement coordination, with the ability to match candidate skills to suitable roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build trust and maintain productive relationships with learners and employers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for conducting consultations, presentations, and employer outreach.
- Experience supporting training or career development initiatives, including interview preparation and employability workshops.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple placement activities and deadlines effectively.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and spreadsheets for tracking placements and generating reports.
- Prior experience in recruitment, career services, or EdTech is an advantage, especially within the Middle East market.
- Hindi Language proficiency is a plus.
