Minimum Qualification & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a college/university or recognized educational institution.
- Candidates with prior experience in placements, corporate relations, student career guidance, recruitment coordination, or industry engagement will be preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills are essential.

Job Summary The Placement Executive / Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the institution's student placement, internship, career development, and industry interaction activities. The role involves building relationships with companies, coordinating campus recruitment drives, preparing students for employment opportunities, and maintaining placement-related records and reports. Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Student Placement Coordination

- Coordinate the overall placement activities for eligible students.
- Collect and maintain updated student profiles, resumes, academic details, and placement preferences.
- Identify students eligible for various recruitment opportunities and communicate relevant information to them.
- Coordinate student participation in campus recruitment drives, interviews, tests, and other selection processes.
- Track students' placement status and maintain accurate placement records.

1. Industry & Corporate Relations

- Identify and approach companies for campus recruitment and internship opportunities.
- Develop and maintain skilled relationships with HR representatives, recruiters, industry professionals, and corporate organizations.
- Invite companies to conduct recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, aptitude tests, interviews, and other career-related activities.
- Coordinate with companies regarding job descriptions, eligibility criteria, salary packages, recruitment schedules, and selection procedures.
- Maintain a database of companies and recruitment contacts.

1. Campus Recruitment

- Plan and coordinate on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives.
- Coordinate venue arrangements, student registrations, company requirements,



and interview schedules.
- Ensure smooth execution of recruitment drives from company arrival to completion of the selection process.
- Coordinate with academic departments, faculty members, administration, and students during placement activities.
- Maintain records of shortlisted, selected, and placed students.

1. Career Guidance & Student Development

- Conduct or coordinate career guidance sessions for students.
- Support students in resume preparation, interview preparation, communication skills, aptitude tests, and group discussions.
- Identify students requiring additional training and coordinate with relevant trainers/faculty.
- Organize mock interviews, aptitude training, soft-skills programmes, career counselling sessions, and industry interaction programmes.

1. Internship & Training Coordination

- Coordinate internship opportunities with companies and organizations.
- Maintain internship records and monitor student participation and completion.
- Coordinate industrial visits, guest lectures, workshops, seminars, and industry-oriented training programmes.
- Support departments in establishing industry-academic collaboration opportunities.

1. Placement Data & Documentation

- Maintain updated placement and internship databases.
- Prepare regular reports on:
- Students registered for placement
- Students attending recruitment drives
- Students shortlisted
- Students selected
- Company-wise placements
- Salary/package details
- Internship details
- Maintain proper documentation of offer letters, joining details, company communications, and placement records.
- Prepare monthly and annual placement reports for management.

1. Coordination with Departments

- Work closely with HODs, faculty members, and class coordinators to ensure maximum student participation.




- Obtain department-wise student placement requirements and eligibility details.
- Coordinate with faculty members regarding student attendance and participation in placement activities.
- Ensure timely communication of placement opportunities to eligible students.

1. Placement Targets & Institutional Development

- Support the institution in achieving its annual placement targets.
- Explore new companies and sectors for student recruitment.
- Identify opportunities for improving placement quality and student employability.
- Develop strategies to increase the number of recruiters and placement opportunities.
- Support the institution's efforts in strengthening its industry-academic interface.

- Professional and presentable personality.

Preferred Attributes
- Experience in teaching and understanding of student academic requirements.
- Exposure to campus recruitment or placement activities.
- Existing corporate/industry contacts will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
- Willingness to travel for company visits, industry meetings, job fairs, and recruitment-related activities, whenever required.

- Number of companies approached and onboarded.
- Number of campus recruitment drives conducted.
- Number and quality of placement opportunities generated.
- Student placement percentage.
- Number of internship opportunities facilitated.
- Employer satisfaction and repeat recruitment.
- Timely maintenance of placement records and reports.
- Student participation and preparedness for recruitment activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
