- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.

- Monitor vital signs, neurological status, oxygen saturation, and other clinical parameters.

- Closely observe patients and immediately report any changes in condition to the doctor.

- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and other treatments as prescribed.

- Assist doctors during emergency procedures, resuscitation, and other critical interventions.

- Handle and monitor ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors, and other PICU equipment.

- Maintain proper medication administration and documentation.

- Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient charts, intake/output records, and treatment records.

- Monitor fluid balance, urine output, and nutritional requirements.

- Provide proper care to patients on ventilator and other life-support systems.

- Follow infection-control practices and maintain PICU hygiene and safety standards.

- Assist in procedures such as IV cannulation, blood sampling, catheterization, and other nursing procedures.





- Ensure proper preparation and availability of emergency drugs and equipment.

- Conduct regular assessment of critically ill pediatric patients.

- Educate and support parents/attendants regarding patient care as advised by the treating doctor.

- Coordinate effectively with pediatricians, intensivists, consultants, and other healthcare professionals.

- Ensure proper handover of patient condition and treatment during shift changes.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.

- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, NABH standards, and PICU SOPs.

- Participate in emergency duties, night shifts, and rotational shifts as required.

- Maintain qualified conduct and ensure compassionate care for pediatric patients and their families.

Pay: ₹14,620.93 - ₹30,000.00 per month
