Role & responsibilities

- Pick products accurately as per customer orders using handheld devices or pick lists
- Pack items safely and efficiently to avoid damage during delivery
- Ensure correct quantity, quality, and expiry checks before packing
- Label and organize orders for dispatch
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of inventory in the dark store
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) and stock handling procedures
- Assist in inventory counting and stock replenishment
- Coordinate with supervisors and delivery teams for smooth operations
- Meet daily productivity and order processing targets
- Follow safety guidelines and company SOPs at all times

Preferred candidate profile Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Basic understanding of mobile apps or handheld scanning devices
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift products during shifts
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy in order handling
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
- Team player with positive attitude and discipline
- Experience in warehouse, retail, grocery, or logistics operations is preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
