Role Description This is a full time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy including exercises, manual techniques, and rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities include educating patients and caregivers on home exercise plans, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications, as well as monitoring progress and adjusting treatment as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with other healthcare professionals,



and participating in quality improvement and professional development activities.

Qualifications

- Formal education in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy or equivalent) and current or eligible professional registration/licensure as required.
- Strong assessment and treatment skills in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and post-injury rehabilitation, with the ability to create individualized therapy plans.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, including clear patient education and counseling.
- Ability to maintain detailed clinical records, manage caseloads efficiently, and use basic digital tools or clinic software for documentation.
- Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity, with a commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development, stay updated with evidence-based practices, and contribute to team-based care.
- Prior clinical experience in outpatient physiotherapy, hospital-based rehab, or sports/orthopedic settings is an advantage.
