Role Description The Physics Teacher will deliver engaging, conceptually clear lessons to middle and/or senior school students in alignment with CBSE curriculum and school standards.

Responsibilities include planning and executing daily lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, conducting classroom demonstrations and experiments, and using assessments to monitor and support student progress. The teacher will maintain a positive classroom environment, provide individual guidance, and collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary learning where appropriate.



Duties also involve participating in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Dharav High School, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur.

Qualifications

- Strong subject knowledge in Physics and Physics Education, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately.
- Demonstrated skills in Teaching and Lesson Planning, including designing structured, student-centered lessons and assessments.
- Comfort with Mathematics to support physics problem-solving, numerical reasoning, and practical applications in the classroom.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Science Education, or a closely related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Previous experience teaching Physics at school level, preferably within a CBSE or similar curriculum framework.
- Effective classroom management, strong communication skills, and the ability to build respectful relationships with students and families.
- Commitment to holistic education, ethical values, and continuous professional growth, with openness to creative and experiential teaching methods.
