We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sports person to join our school's sports department. He/She will play a vital role in supporting the coordination and execution of various sports activities, fostering a positive and active environment for our students.

Responsibilities

1. Organizing and coordinating sports programs, including practices, games, and tournaments.
2. Developing training schedules and lesson plans for different sports disciplines.
3. Provide guidance and supervision to students during sports activities to ensure safety and adherence to rules.
4.



Monitor student participation and performance in sports, providing feedback and support as needed.
5. Promoting sports events, encouraging student involvements
6. Act as a positive role model for students, promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications
1. Previous experience in coaching, sports administration, or working with students in a sports setting is preferred.
2. Knowledge of various sports disciplines, rules, and safety protocols.
3. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
5. Passion for promoting physical fitness, sportsmanship, and character development among students.
