Job Summary

SONA College of Technology is looking for a creative and skilled Photographer & Videographer to create high-quality visual content for institutional events, student activities, social media, branding and promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in photography, videography and video editing, with the ability to independently plan, shoot and edit engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality photos and videos of college events, student activities and institutional programmes.
- Create and edit reels, short videos, promotional videos, interviews and social media content.
- Handle cameras, lighting, audio equipment and other production tools.
- Edit photographs and videos for digital, social media and promotional use.
- Coordinate with departments for scheduled shoots and content requirements.
- Develop creative visual content aligned with institutional branding.
- Organise and maintain photo, video and media archives.

Required Skills

- Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro or similar software
- Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom
- Social Media & Reels Content Creation
- Basic knowledge of lighting and audio setup
- Creative storytelling and visual composition

Eligibility
- 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Candidates with solid practical skills and an excellent portfolio may also be considered.
- Freshers with an exceptional photography/video portfolio can apply.

Added Advantage
- Drone photography/videography experience.
- Experience in institutional, corporate or event photography.
- Knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels and other short-form content.

Portfolio Required Candidates are requested to share a portfolio or sample work such as:
- Photography portfolio
- Video/Reel samples
- Instagram / YouTube portfolio
- Google Drive or other work links

Selection will be based on experience, practical skills and portfolio quality. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
