Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Film Making, Photography, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in videography, cinematography, photography, or content creation.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating Reels, photography, event coverage, and social media content.
- Good understanding of camera handling, framing, lighting, composition, and audio.

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality photos and videos for NIILM University’s social media, website, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video content.
- Cover university events, seminars, workshops, festivals, sports, student activities, and campus life.
- Shoot student/faculty interviews, testimonials, course videos, and promotional content.
- Capture content in both vertical and horizontal formats as required.




- Operate cameras, gimbals, microphones, lights, and other basic production equipment.
- Coordinate with the Content, Social Media, and Digital Marketing teams for content requirements.
- Stay updated with social media trends and creative content formats.

Preferred Skills
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Experience with Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Creative eye for shots, angles, storytelling, and composition.
- Ability to work on-location and cover live events.
- Strong portfolio/showreel is preferred.

Pay Scale ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Based on experience, skills, and portfolio.)
