Role Description The Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert will design and deliver engaging online sessions for working professionals and younger children across the Indian region. This full-time remote role includes planning structured phonics lessons, guiding learners in pronunciation, articulation, and reading fluency, and developing tailored public speaking modules that build confidence and clear communication. The expert will conduct interactive classes, practice activities, and performance-based assessments while providing constructive feedback to learners and their families or guardians where applicable.

Day-to-day tasks include creating age-appropriate learning materials, collaborating with academic coordinators on curriculum improvements, tracking learner progress, and maintaining accurate records.



The role also involves using digital platforms to manage classes, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment, and participating in training or team meetings to enhance teaching practices.

Qualifications
